Q. Do you need a taster?
No, we're capable of tasting the beer ourselves, but we are looking for volunteers to shovel the grain out of the mash tun....

We have an arrangement with a farmer, who feeds the spent grain to his cattle.
Q. I think I might start my own brewery, what does it take?
Twice as much money as you estimate, ten times the amount of time you estimate, and more favours than you could ever imagine asking for..... It's not all about drinking beer.
Q. How long does the beer take to make?
Twelve hours on brewing day, two weeks of fermentation and two weeks of conditioning - it's about a month from grain to glass all up. Of course, that's not including half a day of cleaning prior to the brew day, and another half day cleaning up afterwards...
